Bishop Baraga Catholic School partners with the FACTS Management Company to manage our tuition payment and aid assessment programs. FACTS is currently used by more than 5,000 schools, working with over one million families to help provide flexible payment options. The FACTS system will only be used to process tuition and financial aid. It is still necessary for each family to stop by the school and register their child for enrollment.

PRESCHOOL
Preschool is a self-supporting program and is paid only through tuition.

Payment Plans:
Payment in full – When paying in full it is not necessary to register in the FACTS system. Payment can be made directly to the school office.

Using the FACTS system, parents will be able to select one of the following payment plans:
Two-Payment Plan – One-half due in September, the balance in January.
Monthly Payment Plan – 9 monthly payments beginning in September and ending in May.

Preschool Tuition Rates
3-year-old: $700.00 per year.
4-year-old: $900.00 per year.


KINDERGARTEN – 6TH GRADE
Payment Plans:
Payment in full – All tuition paid in full by September 9th will receive a 3% discount. When paying in full it is not necessary to register in the FACTS system. Payment can be made to the school office.

Monthly Payment Plan – 9 monthly payments beginning in September and ending in May.

Kindergarten - Sixth Grade Tuition Rates
We offer a tuition discount for active parish members of St. Mary's/St. Charles, Sacred Heart and St. Clement's.

Active Parishioner Rates:
- $2,300 for the first child
- $2,070 for the second child
- $1,863 for the third child
- $1,677 for the fourth child

Non-Parishioner Rates:
- $3,000 for the first child
- $2,700 for the second child
- $2,430 for the third child
- $2,187 for the fourth child

Volunteer Commitment
Our volunteer program is structured around a “Volunteer Contract” that we ask each of our families to sign. Twice a year (during the first week of school and again during spring registration), we will provide our families with a list of specific volunteer tasks that we need assistance with. Parents are asked to select one or more tasks that they would be willing to help with. Each family is also required to sign a “Volunteer Contract” that indicates their commitment to help with their selected tasks. Preschool families are not required to participate in this volunteer commitment, but are welcome to do so if they choose.

Financial Aid
Financial aid is available for grades K-6 to any family who wishes to send their child to Bishop Baraga, but does not have the financial resources to meet the tuition. We use the FACTS Grant & Aid Application System to process our financial aid applications. All applications and supporting financial documents, along with a $25 application fee, are sent directly to FACTS, ensuring your privacy is protected. The school will not have access to your sensitive financial information, but instead receives only a list of applicants, prioritized by need. This system will ensure a fair and professional review of every applicant. Any interested family may apply, regardless of religious affiliation.
