FACTS Tuition Payment System
Starting in the 2011 – 2012 school year, Bishop Baraga Catholic School will be partnering with the FACTS Management Company to manage our tuition payment program. We will be using this new system only to handle our tuition and scholarship processes, not enrollment. Each family will still need to enroll their child by stopping by the school office and completing the necessary paperwork. Below are some guidelines to help you get started using this new system.

Do I have to register with FACTS?
If you plan on paying your tuition in full prior to the start of the school year (and receiving the 3% discount on tuition), then you DO NOT have to register with FACTS. Simply mail your payment to the school or bring it in to the school office.
If you plan on paying your tuition in installments throughout the school year, then you DO need to register with the FACTS system.
Are there any fees involved in using this new system?
The FACTS Management Company charges an annual enrollment fee of $43 for each family. However, this fee will be paid by the school. If you choose to pay your tuition via credit card, the 2.5% convenience fee charged by the credit card company will be paid by the enrolling family.

Registration can be easily completed online by following the steps listed below. For those who do not have internet access, please stop by the school office. Identify which term you are registering for (2011-2012 School Year) and click “Next”.
Under “Returning User”, login to see your existing payment plan, or create a new plan.
Click “Next”
Sign using the User Name and Password you setup when you originally registered.
Once signed in, you can review your current payment plan and make any necessary changes to the information. You can also review your payment history.

We understand that you can never be too careful when submitting your personal information online. The FACTS system uses the latest security and encryption techniques to keep your personal data safe.
