











Kindergarten - Supply List
- 1 backpack – (easy for child to open and able to hold pocket folder.) It is recommended
that their names are not on them for safety.
- 1 pair pointed scissors (Fiskars for KIDS are best)
- 1 bottom pocket folder (durable)
- 1 pair of scuffless light-soled tennis shoes, Velcro or slip-on style to be left at school
- 2 boxes of 16-count Crayola crayons (not fat ones)
- 1 single pallet of water color paints
- 8-pack Crayola washable broadline markers, basic colors
- 1 soft block pencil erasers
- 16 glue sticks
- 1 8-oz Elmer’s School glue (black & white label)
- 4 rolls of paper toweling
- 1 box of tissues
*Please note:
Children attending Kindergarten need to have the following:
1. Official State Birth Certificate w/seal (available from County Clerk’s Office)
2. Up-to-date Immunization Record – this includes at least one dose of each of the following:
Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Polio, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Hepatitis B and a varicella
(chicken pox) vaccination.*
3. Vision test
4. Hearing test
5. A Health Appraisal (within the last year) signed by your child’s doctor.
Forms for the Health Appraisal are available in the school office or can be printed from the
"School Forms" link at the left.
*Before a child can be permitted to enter or attend school, parents or guardians must
present documentation that their child has received all required doses of vaccines, or that
their child has received at least one dose of each of the required vaccines and is waiting to
receive the subsequent doses at the appropriate time intervals.
