Youth Group The Cheboygan Catholic Community offers two youth groups, one for students in 7th & 8th grades and another for high school. While we know our Baraga students are not quite old enough to join, we wanted to be sure our school families were aware of these worthwhile groups, in case their children are interested in joining in the future. The junior high youth group usually meets four times a month with each meeting focusing on a different topic (Bible study, religious education, a social gathering and a community service project). |

The high school youth group meets twice a month on Sunday evenings during the school year at the Bishop Baraga school. The group participates in a variety of activities, such as social gatherings, Christian service projects, youth rallies through the diocese and youth participation in Mass. It focuses on the eight components of youth ministry and also provides opportunities for relevant workshops and scholarships. |
