Bienvenido (Welcome)! If you are looking for a way to practice your Spanish, learn about other cultures and sample some tasty ethnic treats, the Spanish Club may be a perfect fit. This group meets twice a month and covers a variety of different activities including:
- Learning 3 prayers in Spanish (Hail Mary, Glory Be and the Meal Prayer)
- Practicing simple greetings and phrases
- Reviewing numbers, days of the week, months of the year and the alphabet
- Watching a video on Mexican culture or reading a Spanish story
- Playing “loteria” - the Spanish version of “Bingo”

We also try to include guest speakers when possible, such as a Spanish exchange student who could share some of his or her life experiences. Esperamos que puedes unirte a nosotros! (We hope you can join us!)
